i just use white acrylic table&white continuous studio lightning.and i set WB at
4350 kelvin.

... I agree... the choice to use syrup is admirable... the color has come out really nice and really shows the 'depth' and 'magnitude' of the picture... fantastic camera angle and cropping area... I like how the glass dominates only one side of the picture... well done!
