Backstory - At Christmas I was admiring my cousin's electric can open (which is pretty cool www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-… ). A few days later I got an Amazon package. It was the same can opener with a note from my cousin stating how whenever she admired something my mom had gotten my mom would say "You want one?" and would get it for her.

I loved the sentiment but hadn't meant I actually wanted one. Still, it is pretty cool. Now if I could just get the hang of using it....

In any case, I wanted to say "thanks" and, of course, happy cans of food popped in my head. Can't deny inspiration, right? I made two because my daughter always wants something I see/make. She's getting a bit old for play food but if it has a cute face then she's happy to get one.

This was made up by me and does not have a pattern. Just my usual mish-mash of things I've learned.
