This fellow and Pigtail just may be my favorites. I love all of his fur poking out, and the incredible detail on... everything! I could just gush and gush. He's so alive, and so radiant with miscief. n_n

AH! Yes George is my fave.. it was the teeth I think. Ironically enough both george and pigtail live in the same collection (same buyer). But yeah.. LOVE doing goblin, they are by far the most fun for me to create.. the most like a self portrait I think!

This is truly amazing stuff, I really can't find the words to express my happiness at finding something so great. I hope that your creative slump is over.

What are his wings made out of? And what is the brown all over him? Is it makeup, those model paints, or something else entirely? It looks so good....

The wookie connection would have never occurred to me.
Of course, I never watched Star Wars until I was 21. This is one of many reasons that a small portion of my friends assure me that I had, in fact, no childhood. Apparently, I was born in "miniature adult" form.
I assure you that the fact that you've managed to make this guy posable--let alone posable without having him always fall over--quite amazes and confounds me! Of course, I'm the type of person who was entertained by her brothers' extraordinary feats of play-doh manipulation. However, that is not to compare my siblings' play-doh productions with your own whimsical and groovy piece of work. I'm particularly fond of the mischievous wrinkles around his eyes, and the curiously-shaped little ears.

Your style, as always, preceeds you.
Again you amaze me with your work. Forgive me if I haven't comented earlier (I may have, I forget these things).
But as always your attention to detail and character are astounding.
Fantastic.

I love his toenails! I know that might seem weird, but they just suit him so much. I really like the pose and angle of the photo too. He seems to be such a cheeky little character. Wonderful work.

Uwah another amazing sculpture! I love him so much ^___^ You really seem to out do each peice each time you submit something. I was so excited to see this! And wow, he moooves. Thats a huge feat, I've tried making movable dolls before and the wire I use always snaps off. Very frustrating work. Brillant, amazing imgination. I wish I could buy him ^___^ ;;

What kind of wire have you been using? This is heavy gauge aluminum (sp?) wire, it should be fine for quite some time, but I always end up telling my buyers "remember it's not really a toy, so don't over do it" just in case. Thanks so much for the comments, I've been in a total slump so it's nice to hear it might be in my head that my work is slipping... maybe! LOL

Have you ever heard of the book, "Heaverly?" It's a children's picture book done intirely with clay figurines and photoshop, and your stuff is so well done you could easily create your own world with it. I may have mentioned the book to you before but don't remember. Also, have you ever done canines? I love your standing goat creature and wish you'd finish him up.

OOH! No I haven't.. but I'll have to look it up, I've been thinking about doing something like that for a long while but can't seem to get my ducks in a row... *they plot against me -those ducks* I haven't done any canines yet, but I have a wolf on the board (project board) for the future... it more or less a someday list -again see "ducks"
LOL anyhow thanks so much for the feedback, I go to see a man about a book!

He's quite the adorable little critter. What are the eyes made of? Are they a seperate, shiny material (like marbles) or is it the same Magic Sculpt material painted with a varnish or something to make it shine like that?

Thanks! His eyes are sculpted (all part of the same piece) and painted with Model Masters Black gloss paint, that stuff is truly amazing with shine... didn't even have to do a clear coat. Great stuff.
