Ladies and gentlemen...
Before I head back to classes, I had this idea for a collab, where our characters could enjoy a nice, cool, relaxing, last day of fun at the pool. Unlike other collabs, this didn't just involve people sending me drawings and illustrations of their toons for me to place around, but I managed to put them ALL in the REAL WORLD! In a REAL WORLD PHOTO! With real world lighting and effects and whatnot!

And now, here they all are, hanging out together, whether outside or inside the pool, enjoying their last day of vacation together (or at least MY last day of vacation)!

Surprisingly, making them appear on the scene in this real-world photo wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. And that's saying a lot, seeing how I had to keep track of over OVER 50 characters in the image alone! Maybe it has to do with the fact that I didn't actually draw any of them myself, hence it was easy to place them around with no problem. Also, I didn't go super effects-heavy with them; just a simple shading of dark blue.
And the water effects... they were not so hard, either. In fact, I found shortcuts to make them look rather convincing, from distorting their features underwater, to the shadow in the water, to the reflection on the surface, to the ripples, etc. It was more easy and fun than it was hard.

And of course, I also allowed people to vote which Jimenitoons they would like to see in the collab image; the most-voted ones get to go in.
And the winners were Britney, Corpsie, and Dark Wizard.
