There's an interesting story to how I drew this picture. I actually imagined drawing a picture like this a year ago: a picture with Joe and Venny in their swimsuits, sitting down somewhere where their feet were in water (kinda inspired by the very last scene from the last Mickey Mouse cartoon Runaway Brain)! And as you all should know, when I have an idea stuck in my head for a long time, it means I like it and just gotta draw it!
But for a while, I didn't really know how to draw it. That is until I got a request by TheAmazingDomo (a close friend of mine), whom requested Joe and Venny on a romantic boat ride (because she loves these two!). THAT's where my wheels started turning and decided to draw this picture once and for all! Though I think this isn't what she had in mind; I'm assuming that she wanted Joe and Venny to ride one of those romantic couple boat attractions at fairs. But since I had this one other idea in my head, I decided to compromise both our ideas to make one full idea! We get both our ideas down here: they're on a romantic cruise ship (which is technically a big boat ) and they're still in their swimsuits in a small pool (or Jacuzzi?)! Perfect mix!
