No it's not. The artist who made this image is ke-ta. This is just another example of people stealing art from people who stole art themselves, the original artist is just gets completely lost in the credits. This is his pixiv, it's not updated that much but you can search for more on internet he has a circle www.pixiv.net/member.php?id=31… (it's NSFW)

Unfortunately I'm not always able to find the original source or the artist. In my case it calls "port" something that it's free to another platform. So in the credits I add what I see from the source where I downloaded the free video.
