29-year-old Toxanna is a toxic Superheroine from Bolvania, whose real name is Ludmilla Chapman, a super who works for Bolvania’s benevolent ruler Lyona Lenyn, as one of her high-ranking fighters

Ludmilla Chapman was once a normal girl, working at a nuclear power plant when she was leaving work one day, and a truck carrying toxic chemicals crashed near her. The chemicals came in contact with Ludmilla, causing her body to toxify, and every breath and fluid in her body became deadly poison

After accidently killing a few people with her poison (not knowing her powers), including the parents of her best friend Lisandra Dymov. She was locked up in a cell, to stop her from accidentally poisoning people, and any water Ludmilla came in contact with could be poisoned

But at the age of 25, Ludmilla was taken in by Bolvania’s benevolent new Lyona Lenyn, who helped her become one of Lenyn’s high-ranking heroines to help her protect Bolvania from crimes and terrorists

Ludmilla was given a special superhero outfit and implanted with a special chip in her lungs to filter out her poison breath and stop Ludmilla from breathing her toxins on people

The toxin filter however couldn’t stop Ludmilla’s foul-smelling breath and it any fluid Toxanna secrets from her body is still poison. The filter can be deactivated and activated by pressing the button on her glove

Finally, Ludmilla was given the superhero name of ‘TOXANNA’, which she thought was very suiting for her and wore the name with pride

Toxanna was now a heroine of Bolvania, who used her poisons to take down any terrorists or criminal organizations who tried to harm her country, as well as being hired to do her work overseas as well. She also sometimes allies herself with the Red Hulk (Doyle Bannington), who, using his science skills, is researching ways for her to completely nullify her toxins when she isn't in battle

Toxanna’s toxic circulatory system means that she has to bathe in acid, she can take drugs without doing any significant harm to her body (Toxanna loves her sizzurp by the way!!), she can spit toxic liquid to melt certain surfaces, her toxic attacks can obviously be shielded off with hazmat outfits and gas masks, and she must wear a hazmat outfit or a mask in water to stop polluting the water.

Toxanna is quite agile but not strong physically, and in terms of personality she is sweet and somewhat seductive, making her something of a femme fatale with a big heart. But Toxanna doesn’t like the attention she gets from the media and camera crews, and is sometimes worried about going out in public and accidentally killing people with her poison. In terms of love interests, Toxanna is mostly interested in men, but has a very mild interest in women, and unlike a lot of young women, Toxanna is interested in nerdy men as she loves superhero stuff and finds nerds interesting and fun to talk to, which made her questioned by other girls in school, but she also has an interest in strongmen who are witty, intellegent, down-to-earth and share common interest in her. It is because of this that Toxanna has a love interest for Doyle Bannington/Red Hulk

Of course, Toxanna turns off her poison filter in battle and if her button is broken, it will stop her filter from controlling her poison. After battling and being out in the public, Toxanna worries that she might accidently forget to turn her poison filter on and breathe poison in someone’s face, especially after what she did to her best friend Lisandra's parents
