Desiree Troy is a villainess i created for Kim Possible and i've been planning her for a while.

Desiree Troy is a sexy villainess who is a villain because it's her job but she enjoys causing mayhem and plotting to rule the world. A surprisingly sociable and clever villain who is very smart and good at getting out of jail, she is kind of a parody of a cardboard villain and is sort of like Megamind as being a villain is her job but she has no intention of being good like Megamind did

Desiree prefers to be near a place that has a lot of heroes as she loves having someone to challenge her and she speaks with a mock British accent and cackles evilly to fit the whole archetype of being a villain, she also has an army of henchmen and has a crush on some heroes

Her name is a pun on "Destroy"
Her symbol can be interpreated both as a congealed D and T with devil horns and a female sex symbol with devil horns
