I'll be honest here, I never liked that development in Street Fighter, I always thought it was absurd and silly. I always preferred the original English mistranslation where she was Bison's ... lover and ally. Well, even the Japanese original back then referred her only as "Bison's spy".
Ah... back then SF was so much simpler , Chun-Li was just an ordinary girl etc., now it's all about clones, dark hadou and all kinds of exaggerated weird stuff.

I agree. I would like it better if Cammy was just the former leader of the 'dolls', but was like the rest of them a talented girl who was kidnapped and brainwashed. Ah well... She is a great character regardless.
