Seriously, one koi crowdsurfed. He was literally out of the water on top of all the other koi. They're like a concert audience or something. They really like cereal.

We used to have fish that crowded like this at a local zoo, but they were catfish, not koi. And for some reason, in the last three months, they all disappeared! But yes, I like this. Especially the yellow one. I declare its name to be Derp.

Well, kinda; lots of koi are really colorful, like there were a few calico ones, and one in this light to the left is orange and white (although it's hard to tell due to the lighting) but there are more plain colored brown/green/black ones than the colorful ones.

I've seen almost all schooling fish do this... It's really entertaining, but more so with the big ones. Have you tried putting your hand right above them? They'll try to grab your fingers. They won't hurt you, though, koi have soft mouths mostly made to eat bugs.

I have, an enormous one, actually. Biggest koi I've ever seen, was like two thirds larger than the rest. Although there were a few smaller white koi.

well there's this place I go to call East Lean Lake, they have koi that are huge and you could feed them. there is one big white one I've seen there, but it's been a while since I've been, so maybe it had little koi ^^
