*EDITED DESIGN AGAIN LOL;; changed his outfit colors a bit and decided to give him a longer tail so he looks more like a dreamy ;w;(also cause i'm a sucker for rainbows)

my new dreamy!!<3 got him through a trade yesterday~ I love him so much and decided to draw a little ref and some clothes for him too TTwTT his original design was actually slightly different but i decided to edit the markings a bit to fit my tastes more since i loved the colors and all but always wanted starry markings and stuff //shot
he has a one-puff tail btw~ kinda harder to tell he's a dreamy cause of that but i think it's cute xDD
