Description This is and oil painting I did over the summer. For some odd reason, everyone kept wanting to touch the water part when it was stilll wet. "Is it water color?" I almost had a heart attack!

Oh no! I hate it when that happens. I had a similar occurrence to one of my graphite pieces. Didn't get it sealed before I sent it to the art show and when I got it back it was smudged up and smeared.

I never dream of touching someone elses work!

This is great! I love the colors, and the style of the trees The only little thing is it seems the top of the mountains are "outlined." But this painting is wonderful!

Awww thanks! Yeah, that bugged me too. When I painted it, I originally had a much darker color underneath. When I painted over it and added the highlights with a palette knife, it wouldn't completely cover the top, leaving an 'outline'. :<

You're welcome Ah, I see what you mean. I always have a bad habit of starting with the subject rather than the bg when painting, so my paintings turn out looking funny XD
