Description "Sometimes in the wind I remember only for a moment how to feel..." -Creepr

 just a doodle of creepr without a hood on. wanted to practice hair blowing in the wind.

this oc is a character that is incapable of showing very many emotions... except once in a while. so to see creepr look almost "human" is a miracle.
