Thats some really good stuff.
I love the detail you put in every building and window. I really like how the roots on the highest building to the left are hanging off and clinging to the side of the windows.

I don't blame you for not wanting to draw that hairstyle again. It looks awesome but also soooooo complex!
That said, this picture just radiates life from everywhere. It makes me wish I lived in that (fictional) city.

STUNNING!! First off I really like the effort you've put into this. The details right down to the tiniest object, each drawn individually but not simplified. Now if you did that with the tree leaves....ok just jking. 
Just my thoughts on the left building where Jun, Thistle and Sara are at though. I'd feel balanced overall if I could see what's there through each window imo. But regardless, its still a great piece overall and there's definitely improvement from your previous related work!
I'm still sure I can count those objects...
