Well, create a composition, where there is a spot more active, than the others.Β

Like here, in this photo, the composition center is on the dancer, and it is marked, when she is made smaller in a scene woth alot of air around, you could do something like that, but with tribal motives, you could mark the center by making some spot darker, or put more details in some plase.Β

I really like your tribal pieces and the stuff like this with all the intricate line-work, but have you tried doing either in color?Β  Not the whole thing, but some of the lines in the tribal, and some of the smaller, intricate areas here would look really good if done in color.Β  Just a thought.

I don't know much about tribal stuff, but I think if this was a tattoo-design, the many different motives/patterns in the white zone would be over-kill

I belive so, you may find some places to do it for you, I'm sorry I'm brazilian and don't know how to call these kind of places in english, but yeah there are graphic stablishment where you might get this kind of work
