If this version of the Doctor seriously showed up and protected Derpy from Discord Whooves and basically became her new love interest and whatnot, I would be overjoyed, because that would mean I wouldn't have to have my character come in and force him to either apologize or regenerate. Β And trust me, he doesn't have to be almighty or anything for it to work. Β He's a genius elementalist, specializing in ice, and he has worked out how to catch the Doctor and keep him from escaping him until he has apologized. Β Let's just say, it involves making the TARDIS doors un-close-able.
