Other than the Darker theme [link] highly respected iconist ~Rokey has also made an light Visual Style called "Dreamland" together with another outcome, a transparent VS concept.After getting kind permission from Rokey, I am now introducing this Dreamland WB to every one. (Permission file zipped)
DRL_WB5 version will only work with WB5, the original Dreamland version can be applied by WB4.X well
Includes transparent window frames, taskbar, Start menu, "Please Wait" window and a built-in window shadow.

WindowBlinds themes are just system skins, it's nothing to do with the language. So you can use it for sure

I adore this skin when it's working correctly. I am using Windowblinds 6 and when I use this skin there seem to be a few bug such as it sometimes loses its buttons (maximise, minimise and close) in apps, the quicklaunch toolbar overlapping with the start button (when I disable quicklaunch then it's the minimised programs/windows sitting in the taskbar that gets overlapped) and sometimes things lose their skin altogether. I don't know if this is because I am using WB6, because I put my taskbar at the top of the screen or if it's something else but I'd pay for this to work bug free.
At it's best, this is the most beautiful skin ever created but when it gets buggy it's a headache.

i downloaded it and it's great! But i have the darker green style for the tops of windows but the taskbar is the clear version. How do i make everything clear and not the dark green/blue style?

You need to download WindowBlinds 5 or higher to get full effects

there is one more thing that would make it perfect, when you have a window maximized to take up the whole screen (not fullscreen, just maximized) the bar is not transparent at the top.

I use windowsblinds 5 with alpha blending etc. but i dont can make your VS transparent...why?

Very nice skin,
But it seemed like you should update the start menu and some other tweaks here and there.

from further reading i think I know why.
Beta I was running was a beta for the paid version, therefore the entire skin worked. However as it was a beta, it was too buggy to use on a day to day basis.
the version that only skins the menubar and not the windows is a SHAREWARE version.
Apparently with the shareware version, only the INCLUDED skins that came with the shareware install will work completely. Skins such as dreamland, skinned by other skinners wont FULLY work with the shareware version.
Therefore dreamland should work if you have PURCHASED WB5 from stardock.
DREAMLAND WILL NOT WORK TO ITS FULL EXTENT WITH THE SHAREWARE VERSION OF WB5. YOU HAVE TO BUY THE REAL VERSION FOR IT TO FULLY WORK.

I had a copy of the Beta WB5, but it was buggy, I installed dreamland onto the beta software and ALL windows were skinned, however when running firefox the menubar at the top of the window was removed, meaning the only way to resize the window was with keyboard shortcuts.
Im not sure if there is a difference between the beta WB5 and the WB5 that was released today, your input would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same problem.
Downloaded and installed WB5 this morning, this is my favourite WB5 skin, but it only skins the taskbar.
Other windows remain blue, as in the dreamland WB4.X version.

I've got a problem, with WB5 it skins only taskbar ... windows are unskinned (skinned with not transparent version of Dreamland) ...

Hey I couldn't help but notice how it is that the start menu has the background blured!
I don't know if it's just this skin or wb5 beta2
It would be great if you could do this on normal windows since it's a little hard to use woth so many open at the same time.
Maybie in the future you could make unactive windows blured so it would be more distinguishable.
Anyways, great skin, I'm keeping this one for a while!
