This piece of work is nothing short of awesome, I'm not surprised to read that it has been published somewhere. The composition is spot-on and the lighting & tones are stunning; the buildings really pop out from the background and the highlights literally shine. The attention to detail is mind-blowing, too. Great stuff.

I am amazed at how stunning this is. I am doing a project for my graphic design class and it had to be a futuristic city in three point perspective. Of course, everyone else was doing buildings along the lines of the jetsons, so I wanted to do a city that was surreal and natural looking. This is the image I had in my head. The texture and lighting is phenomenal. So I definetly derived a lot of inspiration from your work. Don't worry, I didn't copy it or anything, lol. Anyways, great job! <3

This is another really strong piece. All the textures look superb. What really catches my eye is how the cracks don't just stop at the edge of the wall, they continue to wrap around and go spiderwebbing out to the rest of the structure.
I'm guessing this was built somewhat in a 3D package, like 3DSMAX? It would seem to me that the buildings were built in 3D so they will hold up better as they are in the forground, with the secondary buildings being more photoshop painting based. Of course I could be completely wrong in my assumption.

hey thanks for your comments, in this piece in particualr all buildings are 3D , just the background buildings on the hill are detailed in photoshop a lot more than the foreground buildings that have more direct 3D details

Apart from some minor perspective issues on the tower and the fact that the cloudplane has an almost uniform level of desaturation 9thus making a too swift transition from background to foreground), this one's clean
