He eventually joined a team named the Constructicons and he would very much want to impress them. But Long Haul was getting into some trouble so Scavenger tried to help. But that just ended with the both of them in prison. They both thought they were never going to get out when another prisoner there Megatronus was planning a escape.
Long Haul jumped at the chance of escaping while Scavenger was more reluctant. But he joined anyway and they escaped with Megatronus. Scavenger and Long Haul soon joined Megatron as one of the Gladiator's. Well Megatronus had another job for them. The rest of the Constructicons joined and it made what Megatronus had planned much better. Not much happened but the Constructions went on to be apart of the struggle for the Enigma of Combination.

The first to combine was the Combaticons. Later was the Technobots, and the Protectobots. Hook had enough of this and wanted to use the Enigma of Combination on them. So while Bruticus was fighting Computron and Defensor the Constructicons used the Enigma of Combination on themselves. The Constructicons combines into Devastator. But the Enigma was eventually shot off world and the war between good and evil now had Combiners involved.

Megatron used the Constructicons to take back the Sea of Rust, and Tagan Heights. But eventually they were ordered to go Tyger Pax right after a explosion in Tyger Pax caught Megatron's attention. So the Constructicons went to Tyger Pax and fought Defensor, and Victorion. But once the Allspark was shot off world Devastator left back for Kaon. Scavenger was the one who agreed to join the rest on the Nemesis to chase after the Autobots. Eventually Hook was convinced and they left.

But after the vortex got separated when crashing on earth. Centuries later Scavenger woke and took the alt mode of a Excavator. But was later found by the Autobots and was lucky enough to dig himself out of the city. He found his fellow Decepticons and joined them with the Nemesis. He was given the mission to save Knock Out who was spotted in Mississippi. So he's on his way.
