The entirety of the files, including the executable? You could have saved it to a personal dropbox so you can play it on an online storage. Or a flashdrive, but those get lost easily.

I thought there were like 6 or 7 but is alright if there are less, also, what do you think about that the development of morenatsu stopped? I honestly feel sad about it.

There is the Revitalization project for it. They posted an update about it for April, with a little joke. Though if you really wanna see the revitalization, you can't access anything but the first day.

They plan on keeping the original storylines, and making it more accessible to be played. Also starting the Fan-made Torahiko, Kyouji, and Soutarou routes.
As for those developer notes of before, there are 17 EventCG in the gallery, 4 of which are the developer notes. Huh... Guess I was right with how many of those there were...
