i like this work, just not happy bout the image quality. shall try a better pic when the sun's up, so watch for an update.

Very nice. Since you wanted constructive comments, here goes...
For the digital version, Id suggest you use unsharp mask on the whole thing and mask off the middle to get the edges sharper. Id suggest you go to image-adjust-selective color and go into black and add black to pop the dark bits more.
For the painting, Id suggest some secondary element coming out of or going into her hair, ( butterflies or birds or something)
Id suggest you work a little on the edges of forms like the lower arm especially. It looks like it has an outline which tends to flatten stuff out.
Overall I love it and think its my favorite thing in you gallery

on the painting stuff- i agree about the hair- i really was dissapointed with it, i should have given the extra effort to make it look like another nebula.

Man oh man oh man oh maaaan this entry makes me nervous. I haven't finished mine yet. This is just so GOOD. I like this one especially because it sort of goes along with the "awakening" theme. It looks great, I don't know how you do it. I have never been able to paint.

Honestly, your entry is my favorite so far, because a) it looks really good and like it took a lot of skill, and b) is really conveys the "goddess" AND the "awaken" part, to me.
