You saying metaphorical makes me think it is the incorporeal idea (there but not actually able to be touched), but then the scissors comment makes it sound physically there and I am imagining how tough to put on a t-shirt with that thing.

The arrow represents living with anxiety disorder and depression
And the meta aspect of it is how people respond
Some overreacting like “oh my gosh you going to die!!”
Others under reacting “it’s probably fake or just have it removed it’s no big deal”
And some as “hey! Leme show you the arrow in my shoulder!”
