I found an in-progress fanfic that I wrote last year, it’s about King Mettaton, and there are some sketches of my concept of King Mettaton~
The scepter he holds is a device also a weapon for increasing power or voltage.
In Neutral Route Mettaton Ending, humans who fall into the Underground after Frisk would meet King Mettaton, but I guess Mettaton would prefer a dance to a battle before they leave. lol

Well, it’s just my headcanon. It must be fun if I could fight King Mettaton in the game. :3

Now, let’s talk about the fanfic I wrote~

My fanfic is a story about the 9th human and King Mettaton.
In the story, the 9th human falls into the Underground and meets King Mettaton. And Mettaton will say “Darling, it’s really NICE to meet you! For celebrating your coming, I invite you for a dance!” After Frisk’s leaving, Mettaton is really happy about the 9th human’s coming. So, after Papyrus and Sans, his agents and bouncers, tell him that they found a human when they routinely patrolled the Ruins, he rushes to the Ruins to welcome the 9th human. Then, the 9th human’s journey—exploring the Underground, and Mettaton’s journey—becoming a great King, both begin.

I feel like I want to draw some scenes of the story to let you guys know more about it, since I’m not sure if I’m able to translate all the story perfectly. But I really love it, so I'll try my best to translate the story as perfectly as possible~
Just not sure if I can make it... maybe drawing comics is another way.
