Hah, I was at the 2015 Megacon and saw the same fellow. He did the same thing with the fan when I asked. Awesome!

I was walking by when all of a sudden I heard this loud noise like "swoooooooosh". I turn around and it is this guy whipping out his fan really fast. Lol
