Done some time ago but never really uploaded it XD
One thing's for sure, sometimes I too get sick of seeing him in that same old blue suite O_O why can't he innovate sometimes?
Yeah yeah, I know he's skinny and all but I think in this situation all he wanted was to see Yakos nosebleeding-shocked expression

Mechanical encil on normal paper, added some texture in photoshop.

I think I'm having the same reaction to this as Yako! DANG, he looks good! Somehow I think Neuro would be rather skinny under that suit, he's so tall! So this build definitely suits him ^o^

Really? How much did your's cost? I was told to get a cheap scanner from Wal-Mart 'cause aren't all scanners kind of the same?

I have no idea O.O but a GOOD scanner is usually 150β¬-200β¬ [it depends on the size too 'cause I want to buy an A3 scanner).
Well, my scanner wasn't that good and that reflected on the quality of the image, important details would always get lost and colors modified -.-'
