I lost my pencils (boohoohoo!
) so I had to draw with a ballpoint pen! I'm joking of course, I didn't lose my pencils, I just tried to draw Leonardo DiCaprio with a ballpoint pen. Since I first saw people drawing with a pen, I wanted to try the medium for myself. So here you have it!I am a huge fan of DiCaprio (which has nothing to do with his looks!
). I think he is a great actor and it is a pity he hasn't won an Oscar yet. I want to believe it is a matter of time... Anyway, he was unlucky because it was the first time I used a ballpoint pen to draw. So I owe him a proper portrait I guess! 
I have to admit ballpoint pen drawing is so much fun! Once you draw something you can't erase it, blend it or change it in any other way. So beware of mistakes! I promise my next attempts will be more polished. Oh yes! There are going to be more!!!

I'm using Stabilo and Stadtler color pencils but Faber-Castell pencils are better

Smooth skin or not this drawing is artistic,(complete)realism isn't always the answer
but i think this drawing covers both realism and art.

Although it's a bit minimalistic (the shading) it's as real as your other drawings. Good job!
