Mhhhhhh, this is a so classical batik sarong from Sri-Lanka. I'm affraid you have to go there to buy it, or you can make one withwhayever tissue you like.
If you're 'till interrested, let me know, I'll give you dimensions of the tissue tube, and the way you have to wrap it around your hips.
My wife even did me a winter sarong with thick warm tissue, and for canadian winter, you even can use polarbear fur if necessary, but don't tell me if Nanook looks at you with a weird eye..........

I'd like the demensions for it. I don't know if I can get any polar bear fur, but I could see what I could scrounge up.
