Haha! It gets a lot of names
Its on the open prairie and there is always a little breeze. Although nothing like the east coast where I'm from. But they call it Canada's Windy City. Its funny to me cause its just a tiny bit windy 
It also is one of the coldest places in Canada and gets to around -50 or -55 at times so its also earned the name Winterpeg
Some people who have spent their lives here say there's nowhere like it, although they haven't been anywhere else, hehe, but they simply call it "The Peg" or "Peg City".
Its also where much of Canada's talent comes from. Artists, singer/song writers, movie stars, you name it. A city full of talent and art
I do like the mix of modern and vintage all wrapped together. It flows quite nicely

The city looks so nice with the blue sky overhead. I also like how the none of the buildings seem to be dominating the skyline in the background. I'm glad you found something to shoot after moving to the city.
