It has and we overcame all this without heavy losses. I was busy every spare minute to help in the city.

We didn't get much rain. This is the spring freshet from all the snow and ice melting after the winter.
We were actually lucky cause there was 50% more snow this past winter than average but its been a very slow melt so there's been minimal flooding. This is actually controlled but it does do damage to the beautiful rock work along the river trail.
