Very nice job on coloring him! I like how you made him all grungy looking with the splatters of paint.
They changed the ending of the book in the movie? Gah! Well hope it's just as good and not just made so it's a happy ending instead of bitter sweet. They did the same thing to the movie "I am Legend". I mean, I understand why they would change it to make it more satisfactory towards the audience in general, but at the same time, it's not keeping true to the book. :/
So hopefully, the movie does the book justice.
