I used color pencil for everything else but the background which is watercolor. Then I thought it would be fun to manipulate it a little on painshop pro though I didn't spend time on paintshop pro. Keep in mind that it was all drawn and colored by hand as I do not know how to draw stuff on the computer. Oo

omg this is so cute i am not a good drawer at all so i have come to find someone that is super good .so that they can make me!!! as a mermaid like ariel i love her and almost want to be her so if you can do me the honer that would be so sweet of you i want to put it on my wells fargo atm card!!!

I love the coloring! Everything is bright and vibrant. I used to watch that movie every day when I was little. That movie was one of Disney's best. Nice job!
