Day 8.Since just before I went to bed last night, I've just been-- I'd say extremely sad... but whenever I'm sad, it just turns into anger. Sometimes that sad/anger mixes with anger/anger and shit gets violent. So, today I was sad/angry. Probably better I wasn't too violent... I drove a lot.

You'd think it'd be a good thing, but the violence actually comes through more than not. Still guess it's better than crying in a corner for hours though
