Description Tonight's experiment with DAZ Studio and Iray started out as an experiment with Jepe's "Project Hairy 456 for Daz Studio" and Dimension-Z's "N.G.S. Anagenessis 2 - Revolution".  It evolved into playing with all the material settings.

Fabulous artwork! You did great with subject focus in this image. I really like the male/female couple interaction too. The overall image has simplicity but yet gives me a nice sense detail and life. This is awesome work!

Thank you,
It started out as a test of "Project Hairy 456 for Daz Studio" and evolved into an exploration of posing a couple

Love the ripples, it really makes it more real.  And the anagenessis is really an amazing tool

Thank you,
Some ripples were needed, since without them the water didn't look right.  There are many problems with them, but it helped break up the water.

O am loving anagenessis, it's my go to tool for everything now.  This time I tried the geoshell from "DA let it Snow" over the characters to add the water iray material over the skin.  It may be too subtle, but I liked the effect.  More experiments are needed

There is always room for more experiments lol.  I do really like the Anagenessis, it does amazing things especially for the earlier models, not just the people but in particular the dinosaurs and such.

Massively Multi-player Online, also known as MMOs, tend to have courtship events/quests programmed into the game. ^_^

Your work reminded me of that for some reason~

I was  playing with the skin, so a beach scene seemed appropriate

This is beautiful! It's a very sweet and tender scene. How did you get the water ripples to look so pretty?

JoePingleton In reply to LukaSkullard [2016-12-12 23:47:35 +0000 UTC]

Thank you,
The water ripples are from the "liquid pack" with the same Iray shader as the water.  Looking back on it I should have used some dispersion too

Oh gosh, thank you for telling me about that! I didn't know about the liquid pack, that looks like a really useful product. I'm putting it on my wishlist for sure.

I love how much attention to pay to the little details. Your renders get more and more awesome all the time.

Nice poses and a great render, especially for the lady's hair pose. But I am going to be more picky with the water... The reflection should be wavy as the ripples are (this is the case for the man's right leg!). Sorry to be demanding...

Thanks, I was lazy and only used one ripple object

Love that water effect. Was that afterwards or done inside DazStudio? Great job either way. The poses, the bg, the textures, great job all the way around!!!
