Sir I was wondering if I could use this picture as a reference for my problem. I really need a type of reference because I'm terrible at explaining along with the fact that I need people to get a clearer picture of what I look like, what I want to look like, and how and what type of work outs are necessary to achieve this type of body.

say, i was wondering if u come up with these poses from your head or if u use references from life or some other source. so far my sketches of anatomy from memory are no good but i can copy what i see well. so its harder to put poses im thinking of on paper

Thanks man! These sketches are just warm up sketches man. I didn't really do them for people to learn from them.
There are plenty of anatomy books and tutorials out there, even here on dA that you can learn from though.

Look up George Bridgman he's got some great books to learn from. Also just search drawing anatomy books man.
