Though someone covering another in lipstick marks is a very typical cartoonish scenario, it is nice to see this interaction between Roger and Jessica Rabbit.
I do like the happier grin on Jessica's face and Roger's sweet lovestruck expression. I do think the reacting hearts are a nice touch that feels appropriate for a cartoon. I appreciate the thicker outline surrounding the characters because it makes them pop out against the coloured background.
However, I do think the lineart is a bit sloppy in some places. What I mean is, there are both lines that overlap each or do not fully connect together. I think it is particularly important to have cleaner lineart if you choose to show characters in their colour palettes with no additional details or shading. Some example spots include: the curve on the first heart, Jessicaβs hairline, Jessicaβs gloves, Rogerβs yellow glove, and the popping eyes on the third heart.
That is my main criticism. Otherwise, I do think this is a cute drawing of one of my favourite cartoon pairings.
