Someone could also have a "fetish" to kill.
But, that doesn't make it right or as accepted in society, nor does it justify the situation.
Even if the person's mentally ill, that still means there's something NOT correct with them. Others simply don't care.
Certain fetishes just aren't very healthy for people and usually cause them to elevate into worse things to "fill voids" and heighten their means of addiction.

What the hell are you on about? Yeah, certain fetishes aren't healthy in the literal sense that they are dangerous to your health (looking at you, copraphiliacs), but there's nothing wrong with consensual BDSM.
