Also, when I made a layout with Penelope's hero name and her quirk, I manually did the text by myself, but yellow frame and red frame were taken from the anime and I didn’t draw it

I’ll start with the fact that I was looking for a suitable monologue or dialogue for a long time and that it would be without unnecessary sounds in the background and music

however, I found a moment from the anime "Pandora hearts", but I could not come up with a plot for it

as a result, I was looking for a very long time, that even managed to watch a new anime when I was looking for a voice xD

BUT FINALLY IT'S HAPPENED

I don’t like the animation in some pieces, but I’m just too lazy and I can’t do it for so long haha..

a little bit about the plot:

the guy’s name is Senkai Hisho (飛翔), he is also one of Seina’s older brothers

they saw each other some times

he comes to her office to work, but they were able to meet a little later, when he helped Penny and the others move into her new office in Tokyo

she did not immediately recognize him, noting that he looks much better now (at the time of their first meeting he looked not good)

also Penny immediately offers him to do much more important work

Hisho is embarrassed by her words about his appearance, so the guy immediately asks about his work, as she suddenly offered him this, and he had just came

in general, now he will be a very busy hero x))
