Poor Sonic. He'll always be the Vegeta to Goku Mario. This Sonic is a combination of old/new/anime movie Sonic. Didn't want to give him the long legs of the new Sonic, but also not the pot belly of the old one.This is the first proper fan art of Sonic I've done.
Edit: As you pointed out, I forgot his arms are peach as well. Made some minor tweaks to it.

Hold on there... are you implicating that Mario could defeat Sonic? Puh-lease, the plumber cannot even go Super-Saiyan. Sonic can clearly go SUper Saiyan-jinI and II, but he is so cool he uses a different name for it. On the other hand... Sonic's hair is kinda like Vegeta's.

Oh no it's not like that. It's like how Sonic was awesome like Mario and somehow he fell off on the way side while Mario kept getting bigger and bigger like what's happening now with their current games. Super Mario Galaxy 2 is coming out in 2 days to rave reviews and then there's... Sonic 4, which is getting delayed...
