......Claudia gave it to Damien originally, and it had brought him to life. Later he gave it back because she meant a lot to him as did the necklace. Then there was a memory wipe and he doesn't remember foxie and he tried taking the necklace back. She managed to keep a hold of it, but so that he wouldn't try to do it again, she had it stitched into a scar he gave her when he betrayed her and tried to eat her, so that she'd never forget the pain
