I've seen a lot of contemplation over heights and had this idea running ragged in my head for a while now, so I figured why not? I'm using their heights like as if they were standing straight, flat-footed, from the top of their head (not ears, feathers, or hair) to their feet. So, their heights, as I think they are, are:
Bunnymund: 6'1" excluding ears, 8' including ears
Jack: 5'8"
Pitch: 7'11" (7-11. Hehe. I made a pun ._.)
Sandy: 3'
North: 6'11"
Tooth: 4'6"
*Baby Tooth: 6"
Elves: 9" (excluding pointy hat height)

These are just my thoughts, I don't know. I basically started off with Bunny because he says he's "6'1", nerves of steel, master of tai chi" so I thought "Hey, a giveaway. Easy". I decided to have him 6'1" EXCLUDING his ears because if it included them, Jack would be, like, 4 1/2 feet and I don't think that height's exactly representative of his height. So yeah, Bunny: 6'1" without ears. I had to study their height relations a bit but decided Jack would be 5'8" since he's a little shorter than Bunny, Tooth 4'6" since she's a head shorter than Jack (this was a little difficult since there's no photos of her really standing up straight that I could edit easily on paint), and the rest I just winged it. I think a general agreement that Sandy's, like, 3 feet tall, though. He's so short .3.

*Because Baby Tooth is so tiny, I decided not to show her but still post her relative height here, as well. I decided she'd be 6 inches tall, the tiniest of them all ^_^ I think Bunny's hopping eggs would be about 6" tall, as well :3
