Description
So, here we have Decessus (one of my newest ocs, and this design is from my pravus contest)Decessus is latin for death, and this guy sure has death in his actions.
His powers are mostly Telekinesis wich he uses to take controll of others, deflect elemental attacks and much more.
he also has the ability to grow in size, and he's normally 10 feet and can become much larger than that.
