Well, it changes you know. When I was a student, they were selling David Hamilton's books of girls at the age of puberty in Barney's.  It would appear that less people had a dirty mind in those days. Today, they wrap PHOTO Magazine, one of the most respected photographic magazines worldwide, in brown paper, which is grotesque.

Thank you Bernie. I guess we brought this on ourselves, but as always, there is an exaggerated response.

In France, nudity is still freely portrayed on the cover of magazines, visible to passers by on all the kiosks. I don't think that this has contributed to producing any perverts among the children that see these. On the contrary, removing the taboo tends to render the relations between the sexes normal.

I was in Germany between 1987 and 1990. I noticed the same thing. The society seemed to be more open and free. Nudity was not flaunted on the streets but it was seen as a natural part of life. I feel that this contributed to a more mature society.
