If any of you don't know what a Teru Teru Bouzu is, it's a weather charm thing that you hang outside. I think. My knowledge of this matter is not very extensive. But they're fun to make if you have a rubber band, tissues, and a marker.Anyhow, this is sort of based off my current avatar, so they at least match. I rather like this design, so perhaps I will stick with this deviantID. Of all my deviations, the most recurring subject happens to be myself. What a vain little man I am.
Oh yeah, that's not a dress. We call that a mantle. "Mantle" with a capital "man." Originally it was a green bathrobe that I used to wear around the house, but it's become this thing for simplicity. And the staff is actually a walking stick my brother bought at the 99 cent store.

I made a Teru Teru Bozu and hung it in my locker but all my friends thought it was a ghost hanging itself .__.
I'm trying to figure out how to make them hang upright, rather than horizontal (head is too heavy).

teru teru bouzu are actually supposed to be little charms that are used to represent the beloved deceased and supposedly if you put them outside on the day the loved one died, and on that same day it rains, it is supposed to be able to bring back the loved one for a period of time.

It's kinda like that. I'm not sure about the colors, but it's fairly darkish reddish, and it's got a dragon on the top with a ball in its mouth.
