Brune Steiche was a talented magician who turned himself into a broomstick after taking out too many loans. Somehow that helps his situation, I guess. Anyhow, while he hides from his creditors, he stays at his neighbor's house where he earns his keep by "maintaining environmental hygiene."
Anyhow, the girl in this picture is the neighbor's daughter, Millet, who believes Brune isn't working hard enough. She's helping by scattering potato chips for him. What a nice girl.
Brune's expression is shamelessly stolen from Akari of Aria .

EDIT: A number of you have voiced concerns over how he'd go to the bathroom. The answer should be simple; what else would a creature with one orifice do ?
And if you don't like that, then we'll say he just releases it into the air through his bristles like some sort of mushroom.

You know, the last time I checked in with Cartoon Network, because I was in a movie theater and thereby unable to escape the great nuisance that is advertisement, they were airing some show about yet another teenage smart-mouthing superweapon with a talking monkey.
If this was a cartoon show, I would watch it obsessively and swear it by the bible. I mean, this idea, just like every other story-idea you put out, is a comedic goldmine. Where is cartoon network and why haven't they started talking to you yet?
