It has to maintain its body structure with an electric current and also needs to constantly burn gas to be able to move.

Moving its limbs requires too much energy, so it uses light balls to travel. Its movements resemble those of motorcycles.

Concept: I wanted to make a pokemon based on a motorcycle. It seemed like a fun idea and imo it's a challenge to base a pokemon on a vehicle and make it fit in with the rest. To see if it worked out, I decided to make this a contest entry as well.

Since using an actual motorcycle as the base didn't work out for several reasons(first: I can't draw them all that well, second: wheels on a living thing tend to look strange), I was stuck, until I for some reason thought about MythBusters. You know, that show where they test out if certain myths are true or not in round-about ways(they once built a catapult for experimenting with the physique of falling toast).

Anyway, they have this cool crash dummy. And that's the key point. 'I could make it some kind of dummy!'. I decided to try some combinations of junk parts that could make up a body and in the end decided to just draw it, divide it into parts and call them junk.

Then, pokemon logic kicks in. I have no clue if electromagnetism works the way it does here, but it's Pokemon. Things can be held together with electricity. The currents on the head kinda represent the handles.

The abilities: Remember the acro and the mach bike from RSS? Technician represents the acro bike, because it can use several 'stunts' or 'techniques'. Reckless represents the Mach Bike because... well, you know the drill. Rock Head is the obligatory helmet.

The typing: I definitely wanted a pokemon other than Rotom with this unique combination. Its resistances aren't even that bad, actually. Also, Flame Wheel was a given and an electric current without Electric type? No way.
It's too bad that Spark misses the Technician mark just by 5 points =/
