Since Accellent's stats were kinda high, I decided to make a pre-evolution for it. It was obvious to me that it would have to be based on a tricycle, so the base design was done pretty fast.
What took the most time, was finding a name for it, since I really wanted to maintain the pun-type names for this line. I think the result came out pretty good, even if Accellent still beats it, imo.
Its abilities are Rattled and Rock Head. Rattled changes into either Technician or Reckless upon evolution, based on which ability slot it has(which is a randomly chosen technical detail in the actual games)

I took the time to rebalance Accellent a bit, stat-wise, btw.
