This is for a cool multi-rounder competition up at

4th Round: Do The Twist!

Presentation isn't really my forte.. Especially with a sore lack of tablet.

I was really happy when it said that the two styles I had to mix were disco and... COSPLAY

Anyway Required Explanation:

Faith said that for cosplay, use a common character and take features from their outfit.
I ended up using a bunch of characters instead
They are:
- Xenosaga's KOS-MOS [T-Elos Version] . The armour is modeled on hers.
[As a side note, this figurine is one of the most pretty ones I've ever seen]
- Yuna from FFX-2. The feature from her was the see-through 'extra skirt', and partly the hairdo. The hotpants were already on the main design before I even started to look for characters to take features and influences from.
And... Okami. The style of the wolf's fur in-game is what influenced the boots.

As for disco, [link] had a lot of info. The common features I ended up using were:
-Gold lame fabric [any yellow fabric in the outfit is gold lame - I just can't draw it too well]
- Sequins [the see-through fabric wrapped around her hips].
- Hotpants

A google search of "70's disco fashion" and other related stuff resulted in the use of:
- Knee-high white platform boots [they originally had kneepads but were changed to what they are now as the kneepads made her look like an escaped medieval warrior hell-bent on fighting rather than, y'know, disco-ing]
- That wrap around her waist is an accentuated version of the ones on some disco dresses [though the flower and fabric hanging off it were added only for embellishment and decoration]
- They neckline and sleeves of the gold lame top are modeled after a typical disco dress, sans the nutty flower prints and with an added shoulder-revealing cut .
- Her hairstyle - the girls back then seemed to go for that 'erfectly coiffed, not a hair out of place' look going on.

About the layout and presentation:
- It's meant to be viewed from top-to-bottom almost like a comic. Like when some famous singer comes out of the ground in a stage surrounded by smoke and facing away from the audience.. then BAM and the spotlights are on and she's ready to go!!! That kinda feeling.
