No, you CAN. Red cross need ppl to help them to send, pack and other stuff to JAPAN. Im in one so i know, they do. It's not like everyone need to put own cash on it. There are other's possible.

i can't do anything without permisson of my parents.
btw, i live in austria, everything my country does for kapan is to send 8 ppl of a crisis team there.
