Zeppeli didn't have too much trouble condensing water, though opted not to try and catch Thistle by chasing her, instead he tried to trick her by keeping her distracted so another student could grab her. It may not be the most fair tactic, but it was better then tiring himself out over trying to catch her himself. Besides, he got more time to practice!
