It appears as if she's breaking out of cracked, dried clay, the old finally waking up after so long - it reminds me of what happens when you pour water over a shrivelled plant or some dry soil, it comes to life again and turns back into itself. Very nicely done Ira

i like, i think the black & white definitely adds to the piece..
.. reminds me a ton of lord of the rings, when frodo gets all webby. except i like your version better, which is saying something since im obsessed.

she is caught by this spiderweb that could symbolise many things in life; love, friendship,etc... but she is forced at first to be drawn into the web, then develops a dependancy.

she really looks frozen in place, i love this, esp the sorta broken glass and/or baked earth effect used

I like this one, through the type of grain or quality of the photo (eh I dunno about photos and stuff, I'm sure you know that. I'm crap at art altogether) it gives off a detached sense.
It's lovely to look at in the symbolic sense, Jolene is held back by a spiders web, something that is not particularly strong, yet has power over her mentally, keeping her back. This spiders web could be viewed as many things in life that hold us back, but don't.
